FUTURE INITIATIVES

An academy for the recovery of mythology, classical languages, and traditional knowledge systems — hosted as immersive gatherings and published as living scholarship. Named after the great intellectual centre of the Sassanid empire, it exists to reconnect the present to the deep currents of Eastern thought that shaped civilisations and have since been largely forgotten. It brings together linguists, mythologists, and practitioners of traditional knowledge in settings designed for depth rather than performance.

A travelling film production platform and cultural gathering series directed by a different artist, academic, or creative figure each edition — from Accra to Los Angeles, from courtyards to studios. One gathering might explore the oriental roots of jazz; another might see a philosopher explain monetary theory through Persian poetry. Every encounter is filmed, archived, and released — building a growing body of cultural work that preserves the real against the hyperreal.

The world has never needed culture more than it does now.
